PLACING YOUR ORDER:

Once an order has been placed, it can not be amended or cancelled. If you wish to arrange an exchange or a return, please use the form below to contact us. 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will be happy to exchange or refund all orders of items that are not in the sale. Sale items can be exchanged for another item or a credit note. All orders must be returned within 100 days of receiving it. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all labels attached, not smelling of perfume, unwashed and unworn. Any item returned with signs of wear will not be refunded and a postage charge will imply to send it back to you. 

All postage costs are incurred by the customer on returns or exchanges unless you have received a faulty item. No refunds are given on sale items unless they are deemed faulty. 

If you are returning a faulty item, Combat Dollies will replace the item (subject to stock) at no extra postage costs to the customer. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.  

Combat Dollies reserves the rights to determine if an item is faulty. Please include a receipt of your postage costs when returning a faulty item so we can refund you.

ALL DECEMBER ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED UP UNTIL THE 15TH JANUARY. 

 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

 

Delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

For exchanges, there is a £2.99 charge for postage of the returned item. This can be paid via paypal or bank transfer. Our paypal is combatdollies@outlook.com

All refunds will be made to the payment source used in your order. Refunds can not be sent to a different person or account.

SHIPPING:

UK orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class standard signed for service which costs £2.99 and takes 3-5 working days.

International shipping varies. There is a standard service and a track and sign service available both sent using Royal Mail. 

 

PAYMENT METHOD:

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards.

ORDER PROCESSING:

​

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours excluding Sundays. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped on Saturday.

Our sports bra, compression and non compression size guides are below. Please note we use high compression fabric so sizes differ from  other brands. We advise you to size up if you are in-between sizes.
